- 为了充分利用前期生产废弃的平菇及鸡腿菇菌渣,实现食用菌菌渣的循环利用,并获得栽培双胞菇的最佳配方。采用在双孢菇的栽培料中添加不同含量的平菇菌渣+鸡腿菇菌渣(两者质量比为1∶1)替代部分的稻草、牛粪,进行双孢菇的栽培试验,并对菌丝生长状况、出菇情况、生物学效率等方面进行了对比研究。结果表明:培养料中平菇菌渣+鸡腿菇菌渣(两者质量比为1∶1) 添加量在12 kg?m-2时,双孢菇的产量最高,菌丝生长旺盛,生物学效率达到44.2%。最终选择平菇菌渣+鸡腿菇菌渣(两者质量比为1∶1)12 kg?m-2,牛粪8 kg?m-2、稻草8 kg?m-2、尿素0.3 kg?m-2、过磷酸钙0.7 kg?m-2、生石灰 0.5 kg?m-2、石膏粉0.5 kg?m-2为最佳配方。
- Abstract:
- In order to make full use of abandoned Pleurotus ostreatus?and Coprinus comatus?residues of pre-production,achieve the recycling of edible fungi residues and obtain the best formula of cultivating Agaricus bisporus?Imbach.Different proportion of Pleurotus ostreatus and Coprinus comatus?residues were added into the cultivation medium of?Agaricus bisporus?Imbach instead of part of the straw and cow dung.Effects of different formulas on mycelia growth,mushroom-budding,biotransformation were studied.The results showed that when the content of Pleurotus ostreatus?and Coprinus comatus?residues (both mass ratio of 1∶1) were 12 kg?m-2,yield of Agaricus bisporus?Imbach was the highest,mycelium growth was strong,the biotransformation was 44.2%.The best medium formula for Agaricus bisporus?Imbach cultivation was 12 kg?m-2 Pleurotus ostreatus?and Coprinus comatus?residues,8 kg?m-2 cow dung,8 kg?m-2 straw,0.3 kg?m-2 urea,0.7 kg?m-2 calcium superphosphate,0.5 kg?m-2 lime and 0.5 kg?m-2?land plaster.
