- 为了筛选出优良的糜子种质资源,对23个粳性糜子品种的7个农艺性状进行了遗传多样性研究。结果表明:参试的23份糜子品种遗传多样性比较丰富,穗粒重的遗传多样性指数最高,为2.38,主茎节数的多样性指数最低,为1.34。基于农艺性状的聚类分析把23份种质分为4大组群,其中,第二组群的内糜1号材料属于早熟、大穗、矮秆种质,应作为糜子杂交育种的亲本加以重点利用。
- Abstract:
- In order to screen out the good germplasm resources,the genetic diversity of 7 agronomic traits in 23 japonica?broomcorn millet varieties were studied.The results showed that the genetic diversity of the 23 millet varieties was abundant.The diversity index of grain weight per spike was the highest with the number of 2.38,while that the number of node was the lowest,with the number of 1.34.Based on the agronomic data,23 broomcorn millet accessions were clustered into 4 groups.The character of Neimi 1 in second group were early-maturing,large spike and dwarf.Neimi 1 should be used as focus accession in crossbreeding of broomcorn millet.
