- 在国家“双创”政策的背景下，农民工作为农村地区流向城市务工的一批人，有着丰富的工作经验和信息储备，可以作为农村创业带头人进行培养，带动农村脱贫致富。但在农民工返乡创业实施的过程中，还存在农民工文化素质过低、返乡创业意愿不强、创业资金筹措难等困境，阻碍了他们创业的步伐。通过阐述农民工返乡创业的社会背景并分析其创业难的原因，提出农民工返乡创业的困境解决对策，让更多农民工返乡创业。
- Abstract:
- Under the background of the national strategy of “Double Creations”,migrant workers as a group of people who was first from rural areas to cities.Because they has a wealth of experience and information,they can be developed the leaders of rural business to lead local rural become richer.But in the implementation of the policy,there wrere still many problems.For example,the cultural quality of migrant workers was lower,the intention of returning home to start a business was not strong,venture capital was not enough,these problems hinder the pace of their business.The social background of the migrant workers return rural entrepreneurship was introduced,the reason of their difficult and the solution were analyzed in order to encourage more migrant workers return rural to entrepreneurship.
