- 为了揭示植物响应重金属胁迫的机制,试验以日本甜玉米为材料,采用透射电镜观察硝酸铅溶液处理后玉米叶片叶肉细胞亚显微结构的变化。结果表明:Pb2+污染使玉米细胞核变形,核仁解体;叶绿体基粒片层结构紊乱以及消失,类囊体肿胀,部分叶绿体外膜解体;线粒体嵴消失,空泡化,外膜消失;细胞膜和细胞壁之间可见到许多沉积的深色颗粒。由于Pb2+破坏了细胞正常生理活动所需的结构基础,进而对植物造成不可逆伤害。
- Abstract:
- In order to reveal the mechanism of plant response to heavy metal stress,sweet maize with Pb(NO3)2?treatment was used as experimental materials to study the changes of microstructure and ultrastructure of mesophyll cell by transmission electron microscope.It was found that the figure of nuclear change,nucleolus dissolved; Chloroplast were damaged to varying extent,thylakoids became swollen and disorder; mitochondria cristae became swollen,mitochondria cristae became obscured or even dissolved,the membrane of Chloroplast dissolved.There were lots of grain during cell membrane and cell wall.The Pb2+?had influence on the submicroscopic structure of the in the maize.Irreversible harm could be caused by Pb2+in plant cell for destroying the normal structure of the cell.
