- 为了提高紫枝玫瑰全光雾嫩枝扦插成活率,以一年生半木质化枝条为穗条,以全光雾插床为基础,对全光雾嫩枝扦插繁殖紫枝玫瑰的不同扦插时间对比试验、不同枝条类型对比试验和不同扦插基质对比试验进行了研究,总结了紫枝玫瑰全光雾嫩枝扦插技术。结果表明:紫枝玫瑰全光雾嫩枝扦插以7月扦插为最佳扦插时间,以蛭石为最佳扦插基质类型,以花下枝为最佳扦插枝条类型,扦插成活率可达到98.47%。另外扦插育苗生产过程中,尤其要注意预防病害,采用几种杀菌剂轮换使用效果最佳。
- Abstract:
- In order to improve the cottage survival rate of Rosa ‘purple branch’.,taking 1 year old semi lignified branches as cuttings,based on the mist slotting machine of alloptical fog cuttage,different cutting time,different branch types and different cutting medium were studied.and the cutting technologies were summarized.The results showed that the best cutting time of Rosa ‘purple branch’.was in July,vermiculite was the best cutting matrix,and the cuttings flower branches type,cutting survival rate reached to 98.47%.In addition,in the process of cutting seedling production,attention should be paid to the prevention of diseases.
