- 为了探索木耳生产基质中大豆秸秆的添加量,用大豆秸秆替代木屑栽培木耳新品种牡耳二号,试验设置5个处理,观察大豆秸秆的添加量为0、15%、30%、45%、60%条件下的木耳菌丝长势和出耳情况。结果表明:当大豆秸秆的添加量为30%时,木耳菌丝萌发早、吃料快、开口后菌丝恢复快、原基形成早且耳芽整齐、产量高。
- Abstract:
- In order to explore the soybean straw application amount in edible fungus production substrate,the Auricularia heimuer (Muer 2) was cultivated using soybean straw instead of sawdust as substrate. The experiment had 5 treatments and soybean straw substitutes were 0,15%,30%,45% and 60% respectively.The edible fungus mycelium growth and yield were observed. The results indicated that 30% soybean straw substitutes instead of sawdust as cultivation substrate could promote the mycelium growth rate,speed up the mycelium healing,promote the primordium formation and improve yield of Auricularia heimuer.
