- 为研究宿根花卉抗寒性及其应用,以10种具一定抗寒性的宿根花卉为试验材料,以低温胁迫下的游离脯氨酸变化为依据,比较其抗寒性强弱。结果表明:10种宿根花卉随低温胁迫时间的延长,游离脯氨酸含量出现先降低后升高的趋势。不同品种变化的幅度不同。比较得出其抗寒性由强到弱顺序依次为:马蔺、紫萼、大花飞燕草、肥皂草、黄花菜、千屈菜、卷丹、宿根福禄考、美国薄荷、荷兰菊。
- Abstract:
- In order to study the cold resistance and its application of perennials,taking ten kinds of perennials as a certain hardiness test materials,strength of cold resistance was compared based on free proline change under low temperature stress. The results showed that the free proline content decreased first,then increased with the raising of extended tolerance time . Different varieties had different amplitude. Cold resistance order from strong to weak was Iris lactea var.chinensis,Hosta ventricosa,Delphinium grandiflorum var.chinense,Saponaria officinalis,Hemerocallis citrina,Lythrum salicaria,Lilium lancifolium,Phlox paniculata,Monarda didyma and Aster novi-belgii.
