- 为进一步促进设施黄瓜生产,研究了不同浓度(0、30、60、90 mmol·L-1)氯化钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钠溶液处理对于黄瓜种子萌发的影响。结果表明:不同浓度钠盐胁迫均对黄瓜种子的萌发起到了一定的抑制作用,随着盐浓度的升高,胚根长度、下胚轴长度、发芽率和发芽势等指标均呈现逐渐降低的趋势,相同浓度的三种盐的胁迫对于黄瓜种子萌发的抑制作用以碳酸钠为最大,其次为碳酸氢钠,氯化钠最弱。
- Abstract:
- In order to develop the facilities cucumber production,the cucumber seeds were stressed by sodium salt of NaCl,NaHCO3 and Na2CO3 solutions in the concentration of 30,60 and 90 mmol·L-1; and the effect of the sodium salt stressing on their germinate characteristic was observed.The results indicated that the sodium salt of NaCl,NaHCO3 and Na2CO3 solutions had antiblastic effect on the germination of the cucumber seeds; the germination of the cucumber seeds treated by Na2CO3 which had the strongest antiblastic effect of the three sodium salt,the second was NaHCO3,and followed by NaCl.
