- 为了提高秧苗素质,采用完全随机试验设计,苗期设置5个氮肥梯度,移栽前进行秧苗素质考察。结果表明:秧苗的株高、叶龄均在施氮量为36 g·m-2条件下达到最大,与对照差异均达极显著水平;根长在施氮量为12 g·m-2条件下达最大;秧苗根数、百株地上干重、发根力根数均在施氮量为24 g·m-2条件下达最大,与对照差异均达到极显著水平;茎基宽同样在施氮量为24 g·m-2时达最大,但与对照无显著差异。说明苗期施氮量24 g·m-2时,秧苗根数、茎基宽、百株地上干重、发根力根数等指标均优于其它处理,是最佳施肥量。
- Abstract:
- In order to improve seedling quality,completely randomized experimental design was adopted,effects of 5 nitrogen gradients on seedling quality were investigated before transplanting.The results showed that the seedling height,leaf age reached the maximum when nitrogen application amount under the condition of 36 g·m-2,differences between the treatments and control reached significant level.Root length reached the maximum when nitrogen application amount under the condition of 12 g·m-2,root number,aboveground dry matter and root growth ability were all reached the maximum when nitrogen application amount under the condition of 24 g·m-2,differences between the treatments and control reached significant level. Base stem width also reached the maximum,but the difference was not significant. The root number,base stem width,aboveground dry matter and root growth ability were superior to other treatments when nitrogen application amount under the condition of 24 g·m-2,so it was the best nitrogen application amount in this experiment.
