- 为促进长春彩叶树种有效利用,选取寒地城市长春市8种常用的彩叶树种(紫叶稠李、紫叶水蜡、金叶风箱果、金叶山梅花、金叶榆、紫叶李、金丝龙爪柳和金山绣线菊)为试验材料,以乡土树种水蜡作对照,初春取茎尖作超薄切片电镜透射观察,测定其相关生理指标,并进行综合评价,确定冻害级别和受冻情况。第二年天气回暖时对其材料采集地的实际生长情况进行观察调查进行综合分析。结果表明:8种彩叶树种冻害情况为紫叶水蜡<紫叶李<紫叶稠李<金叶风箱果<金山绣线菊<金叶榆<金丝龙爪柳<金叶山梅花。
- Abstract:
- The freeze injury situation of eight kinds of colored leaf tree species commonly used in Changchun was selected,including Prunus padus L.cv.,Ligustrum obtusifolium Sieb.et Zucc.,Physocarpus opulifolius var.luteus,Philadelphus coronarius′Aureus,Ulmus pumila cv.Jinye,Prunus cerasifera cv.Atropurpurea,Salix matsudana f.tortuosa,Spiraea bumalda cv.Goldmound.The stem point to make the ultrathin section electron microscope in the early spring,through the observation,the result determines its related physiological target and the definite freeze injury rank.Simultaneously when weather returns warm,the observation and comprehensive analysis on actual growth situation in its material gathering place were carried.The results showed that the freezing injury from small to large were as follows:Ligustrum obtusifolium Sieb.et Zucc.,Prunus cerasifera cv.Atropurpurea,Prunus padus L.cv.,Physocarpus opulifolius var.luteus,Spiraea bumalda cv.Goldmound,Ulmus pumila cv.Jinye,Salix matsudana f.tortuosa and Philadelphus coronarius′Aureus.
