多效唑对漳州水仙在银川地区矮化效应及初花期的影响

- 为了确定多效唑有效调控漳州水仙生长和花期的适宜浓度,通过4种浓度的多效唑溶液浸泡漳州水仙鳞茎球,研究在宁夏银川地区春节前居家环境条件下,不同浓度多效唑对漳州水仙生长及花期的影响。结果表明:在20~100 mg·L-1浓度范围内,随着处理浓度的升高,对漳州水仙叶片生长的抑制作用加强,矮化效果明显;随着多效唑浓度的升高,漳州水仙花花葶高度逐渐降低,浓度为100 mg·L-1时接近极限;随着多效唑浓度的增加,漳州水仙开花时间明显延后,100 mg·L-1多效唑处理延后最长为9 d;不同浓度多效唑处理均不同程度地延长了花期,多效唑浓度≤100 mg·L-1时,花期最多为17 d,多效唑浓度>100 m··L-1时,花期反而缩短;在春节前35 d开始使用100 mg·L-1多效唑处理,可使漳州水仙在春节开花,并且花期可持续15 d(正月十五)。
- Abstract:
- In order to ensure an appropriate concentration of paclobutrazol solution,the effect of paclobutrazol solution on the growth and florescence of Narcissus tazetta L. under different concentrations was studied,the Narcissus soaked into paclobutrazol solutions with 4 concentrations.The results showed that when concentration of paclobutrazol solution was 20~100 mg·L-1,with the increasing of concentration,the resistance effect on the growth of Narcissus leaf was becoming stronger and the dwarfing effect was being distinctive; with the increase of concentration,the height of Narcissus scape was gradually lowered and it approximately reached to the ultimate limit of 100 mg·L-1; with the increase of concentration,the blooming time of Narcissus was obviously delayed,the maximum delaying was 9 d under 100 mg·L-1; To varying degrees,the florescence delayed under different concentrations.The maximum delaying was 17 d in case of 100 mg·L-1 concentration or lower,the florescence shortened when the concentration was above 100 mg·L-1; 35 days prior to Spring Festival,with the employment of treat solution of 100 mg·L-1 concentration,the Narcissus will be in blossom in Spring Festival and the florescence would continue for 15 d until to the Lantern Festival.
