- 黑龙江垦区以“减玉米、增大豆、扩经饲、养好畜”为种植业结构调整的主要举措;在种植业结构调整中主要遇到收益看低、替代品种少、风险大、投资乏力等问题;因此提出做好规划、强化市场营销、提高补贴力度、加强品种研发等对策。
- Abstract:
- In order to reduce corn,increase beans,expand feeding and raise livestock for the major initiatives of planting structure adjustment in Heilongjiang reclamation area; It mainly meets such as lower revenue,less alternative varieties,greater risk,investment lack problems in structural adjustment of planting industry; therefore the countermeasures were put forward,including a good job planning,strengthen marketing and increase subsidies efforts,strengthening breed development.
