摘要:
对农村群众的文化供给应当以农村群众的文化需求为决策依据，农村文化供需错位和脱节必然导致资源浪费和供给无效率。以重庆市为例，在对重庆市农村群众文化需求现状进行调研分析的基础上，从公共文化设施、公共文化活动、群众文化活动参与情况等方面分析了当前农村文化的供需错位状况，最后从信息反馈、体制改革、供给方式、供给评价四个方面提出促进重庆市农村群众文化有效供给的对策建议。
Abstract:
Supply for the culture of the rural areas depends on the cultural needs of the decision-making basis.Dislocation of supply and demand of rural culture will lead to waste of resources and inefficient supply.The general situation of the current rural culture from the public cultural facilities and public cultural activities were analyzed.Countermeasure suggestions to promote the effective supply of rural public culture in Chongqing were put forward from the way of information feedback,the system reform,the supply method and supply evaluation four aspects.
