- 为了提高毛百合组培苗移栽成活率,采用不同配比的基质,研究了基质对毛百合组培苗的移栽后生长状况的影响。结果表明:草炭∶园土∶河沙=2∶1∶1中的百合组培幼苗生长优于其它配比基质。
- Abstract:
- In order to improve transplanting survival rate of Lilium dauricum tissue culture seedling,using different matching matrix, the effect of growth conditions of matrix on Lilium dauricum tissue cultured seedling was studied.The results showed that the tissue cultured seedlings in matrix that turf∶garden solid∶river sand=2∶1∶1 a chieved the best grown situation.
