- 为提高农民的整体素质，需要充分考虑多方面因素的协同作用。通过对吕梁市农技教育与新型职业农民培训的研究，分析问题并提出对策，认为吕梁市要结合实际情况，重点从观念培养、资金投入、培训模式、体系机制、信息化等方面入手，加强领导，全面布局，克服障碍，因地制宜，因材施教，选择适合当地农民的农技教育和新型职业农民培训道路。
- Abstract:
- In order to improve the overall quality of the farmers,need to fully consider the synergy of various factors.Through the study of the Lyuliang municipal agriculture science and technology education and new vocational farmers training,the existing problems were analyzed and countermeasures were put forward.It concludes that Lyuliang city should be combined with the actual situation,focus on the concept of culture,capital investment,training mode,system and mechanism,information technology and other aspects.Lyuliang city should strengthen leadership,overall layout,overcome obstacles,adjust measures to local conditions and choose the appropriate method of agriculture science and technology education and new vocational farmers training for local farmers.
