- 为了解新疆阿克苏地区3种矮化中间砧,并筛选出适合该地区的苹果矮化中间砧品种。于2014年10月20-29日对GM256、SH6、KM23三种矮化中间砧进行嫁接亲和性、适应性、抗逆性、对品种生长发育特征的研究和分析。结果表明,GM256在适应性、抗逆性、对品种生长发育等方面表现最好。SH6、KM23表现较差,特别是SH6有严重的大小脚现象,并出现粗皮病。相比于SH6和KM23,GM256最适合作为新疆阿克苏地区富士苹果矮化中间砧。
- Abstract:
- In order to understand the three kinds of dwarf interstocks in Akesu area of Xinjiang,the apple dwarf interstock most suitable for this region was selected.The grafting affinity,adaptability,stress resistance and growth characteristics of GM256,SH6 and KM23 dwarf interstocks from October 20,2014 to October 29 were studied and analyzed.The results showed that GM256 had the best performance in adaptability,stress resistance and growth,but SH6 and KM23 had poor performance.Especially,SH6 had a serious problem in the size of foot and rough skin disease.Compared with Sh6 and KM23,GM 256 was the most suitable to be the Fuji apple dwarf interstock in Akesu area of Xinjiang.
