南疆石榴主栽品种调查及果实品质初步鉴定

- 为了有效地保护石榴资源,对新疆喀什及和田地区的石榴主栽品种进行调查,并对果实品质进行了初步鉴定。结果表明:喀什及和田地区大面积栽培的石榴品种主要有10个。10个品种中,喀什酸甜石榴的平均单果重及果实纵、横径最大,果皮色泽艳丽,着色均匀,外观品质最好。皮亚曼石榴籽粒纵径、横径、百粒重和出汁率最高。叶城大籽甜石榴籽粒纵径、横径、百粒重和出汁率略低于皮亚曼石榴,位居第二,这两个石榴品种内在品质最佳,最适宜鲜食。
- Abstract:
- In order to efficiently protect the resources of Punica granatum L.,main varieties cultivated in southern Xinjiang were investigated.The resuls indicated that there were ten cultivars which had been cultivated widely in Kashgar and Khotan Region.Kashgar sour and sweet Punica granatum L.had best appearance quality.It had the biggest mean fruit weight,the fruit vertical and transect diameters.The pericarp color was brightly and evenly.The grain size,hundredgrain weight of Pyaman Punica granatum L.was the biggest.It had the highest juice yield also.These indexes of Yecheng Large grain sweet Punica granatum L.was slightly lower than those of Pyaman Punica granatum L.,and they both had excellent internal quality.These two varieties were the most suitable for fresh food.
