摘要:
为规范实施我国小城镇园林工程施工招投标及工程管理，使工程顺利实施，指出了小城镇园林工程施工招投标的现状及存在问题，分析了不规范招投标对工程管理的影响，为了使工程管理顺利开展，提出了规范招投标相应的措施和对策，阐明了规范招投标的理论构想及其具体的操作要求。
Abstract:
In order to implement the nonstandard bidding of landscape engineering of small cities and towns,and make the project smooth,the present situation and problems of construction bidding of landscape engineering of small cities and towns were pointed out,the influence on project management with nonstandard bidding was analyzed,and the measures and countermeasures of the standard bidding were proposed based on the smooth implementation of project management,finally the theoretical conception and specific operation requirements for the standard bidding were carified.
