- 为进一步探讨金叶水杉的扦插技术,研究了不同基质、不同生长调节剂对金叶水杉扦插生根的影响。结果表明:以珍珠岩为基质能显著提高生根率,生根率达76.9%;3种生长调节剂中,以200 mg·L-1?IBA生长调节剂处理1 h为最佳,其生根率能达82.1%,比清水对照高出103.2%。
- Abstract:
- In order to explore the cutting technology of Metasequoia glyptostroboides‘Gold Rush’,the effect of different substrates and different growth regulators on rooting,leaf cuttings was studied.The results showed that the pearlite matrix could significantly increase the rooting rate which was 76.9%;the treatment with 200 mg·L-1 IBA soaking for 1 h was the best,the rooting rate could reach 82.1%,which was 103.2% higher than the control.?
