- 为探索引起黑木相思组培苗玻璃化的因素,研究了NH4+、6-BA、蔗糖、琼脂浓度、光照周期和封口材料对黑木相思组培苗玻璃化的影响。结果表明:NH4+、6-BA、蔗糖、琼脂浓度以及光照时长对黑木相思组培苗玻璃化均有显著影响。黑木相思最适宜NH4+浓度为15.6 mmol?L-1,6-BA适宜浓度为0.1~0.3 mg?L-1,蔗糖适宜浓度为30 g?L-1,琼脂适宜浓度为5.2 g?L-1,光照时长应不低于11 h。封口材料的透气性对黑木相思组培苗玻璃化无显著影响。
- Abstract:
- In order to explore the influence factors of inducing vitrification of Acacia melanoxylon,the effect of NH4+,6-BA,agar and sugar concentration,photoperiod and sealing materials on vitrification of Acacia melanoxylon was studied.The results showed that NH4+,6-BA,agar and sugar concentration,photoperiod had significant effect on vitrification,while sealing material had no obvious effect on vitrification of Acacia melanoxylon.The appropriate concentration of NH4+ was 15.6 mmol?L-1,6-BA was 0.1~0.3 mg?L-1, sugar was 30 g?L-1,agar was 5.2 g?L-1.The light duration was not less than 11 hours.
