- 为进一步实现低档茶的综合开发利用,以5种类型茶叶为主要基质,培养野生茯苓与野生灵芝发酵茶,通过测定茯苓与灵芝菌丝的生长情况及对10种发酵茶茶样进行大肠杆菌检测,筛选出适合野生茯苓与野生灵芝固体发酵茶的培养基,并鉴定其是否符合国家标准。结果表明:野生茯苓与野生灵芝菌丝在5种茶培养基中均能生长,从综合生长情况来看,野生茯苓发酵茶的适宜培养基为紫鹃和晒青,野生灵芝发酵茶的最适茶培养基为紫鹃和炒青;10种检测样品均符合国家标准。
- Abstract:
- In order to promote the development and utilization of low quality tea, taking five kinds of tea as the main substrate cultivation of wild Poria cocos and Ganoderma lucidum fermented tea,the mycelia growth of Poria cocos and Ganoderma lucidum and ten kinds of fermented tea samples were determined to screen suitable medium for solid fermented tea of wild Poria cocos and Ganoderma lucidum and identify the accordance with the national standard.The results showed that the wild Poria cocos and Ganoderma lucidum mycelia could grow in five kinds of tea medium,from the point of comprehensive growth,the medium added with fine and sunning was suitable for wild Poria cocos fermented tea.On the other hand,the medium added with fine and liquor was suitable for wild Ganoderma lucidum tea;Detection of 10 samples accorded with national standard.
