- 为研究根瘤菌对大豆生长的作用,以大豆品种合丰55为材料,研究施用根瘤菌对大豆植株叶片氮素含量、叶绿素含量、农艺性状及蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明:接种根瘤菌对大豆叶片氮素含量和叶绿素含量无明显影响,能够显著提高植株高度和籽粒蛋白含量,根瘤菌+促菌剂处理产量最高,比对照增产33.87%;单独接种根瘤菌处理比对照增产23.14%。
- Abstract:
- In order to study the effect of rhizobia inoculation on soybean growth,taking soybean variety Hefeng 55 as test material,the effect of applying rhizobia on nitrogen content,chlorophyll content,agronomic characters and protein content was studied.The results showed that rhizobia inoculation had no effect on nitrogen content and chlorophyll content,improved plant height and protein content significantly.The yield of treatment with rhizobia inoculation and rhizobia plus promoting bacteria agent were the highest,it increased by 33.87% than CK.The yield of treatment with rhizobia inoculation increased by 23.14% than CK.
