- 为解决蓝莓组培过程中分化率低的问题,从而获得蓝莓的最佳继代培养基,以矮丛蓝莓品种美登的无根试管苗为试材,采用正交试验的方法,设计四因素混合水平的继代培养基进行研究。结果表明:最适宜蓝莓的继代培养基是改良的WPM+ZT 0.5 mg.L-1+IBA 0.1 mg.L-1+蔗糖 25 g.L-1,pH5.0。
- Abstract:
- In order to solve the promble of low differentiation rate during tissue culture of blueberry,and obtain the best subculture medium for blueberry,taking the rootless plantlets seedling of rosette blueberry variety (Blomidon) as materials,four factors mixed levels of subculture medium was studied by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the optimum subculture medium for blueberry was improved with WPM+ZT 0.5 mg?L-1+IBA 0.1 mg?L-1+sucrose 25 g?L-1,and the pH was 5.0.
