摘要:
为了更好地促进农业科研院所博士后工作站的发展，以黑龙江省农业科学院的研究对象，通过阐述黑龙江省农业科学院博士后工作站的发展现状，分析了其博士后人才培养过程中存在的问题，并提出了进一步促进黑龙江省农业科学院博士后工作合理发展的对策，以期助推农业科研院所科技创新工作快速发展。
Abstract:
In order to promote the development of postdoctoral workstation of agricultural scientific research institutes better，taking Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences as research object,through the introduction for the development situation of postdoctoral workstation of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences，the problems existing in the postdoctoral talent training process were discussed，and some further countermeasures to promote the reasonable development for postdoctoral work of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences were put forward,so as to push the technological innovation development for agricultural research institutes.
