为筛选出耐热性好的小白菜品种(系),在人工气候箱模拟自然条件下对36份小白菜品种(系)进行高温胁迫处理,测定了热害指数、可溶性糖含量、SOD活性及MDA含量的变化。结果表明:高温胁迫下小白菜的热害指数和各项生理指标均可作为小白菜耐热性评定的方法,综合利用此方法得到5个耐热好的小白菜品系,分别为小白菜品系B、P05231、509B、BN-2542、X-8。

In order to screen well heat resistance lines of??Brassica rapa L.,thirty six lines were stressed with high temperature under simulating natural condition in artificial climate box,the heat injury index,soluble sugar content,SOD activity and MDA content were determined.The results showed that heat injury index and physiological index could be used for heat resistance identification of Brassica rapa L.,and five well heat resistance lines were achieved including B,P05231,509B,BN-2542 and X-8.
