- 为了有针对性地选育抗线大豆新品种,选取16个抗线大豆品种,分成亚有限、无限结荚习性两组进行农艺性状和产量的相关分析。结果表明:无限结荚习性与亚有限结荚习性两组的产量基本持平,但无限组的株高、主茎节数、单株荚数、单株粒数、单株粒重、倒伏级别的均值均高于亚有限,而亚有限组的百粒重均值大于无限类型。无限类型大豆株高与倒伏呈极显著正相关,相关系数为0.894 4,而亚有限类型这种相关不显著。两种结荚习性的大豆单株粒重均与单株荚数呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.889 3和0.706 1;在亚有限大豆中百粒重与单株粒重呈显著正相关,相关系数为0.639 3。
- Abstract:
- In order to targeted breed soybean resistant variety for soybean cyst nematode(SCN),taking sixteen resistant soybean varieties(lines)as materials which divided into indeterminate and subindeterminate groups,correlations between agronomic traits and yield were analyzed.The results indicated that the yield of both two podding habits groups was basically the same,but indeterminate group had higher mean value than subindeterminate group in the aspect of plant height,nodes number of main stem,pod number per plant,seed number per plant,seed weight per plant and lodging grades.Subindeterminate group had higher mean value than indeterminate group in 100seed weight.Lodging grades of indeterminate group had extremely significant positive correlation with plant height,the correlation coefficient was 0.894 4,it was not significant in subindeterminate group.It had extremely significant positive correlation between pod number per plant and seed weight per plant in all podding habits type,the correlation coefficient respectively was 0.889 3 and 0.706 1.It had significant positive correlation between 100seed weight and seed weight per plant in subindeterminate groups,the correlation coefficient was 0.639 3.
