- 为快速测定大豆中硒含量,采用原子荧光光谱法研究了消解温度、消解液组成及样品质量对硒含量提取的影响。结果表明:在消解温度60℃,HNO3-HClO4比例1∶4样品质量0.500 0 g条件下进行消解,具有较好的测定效果,该方法的加标回收率为97.8%~101.0%。
- Abstract:
- In order to determine selenium content in soybean rapidly, the effect of digestion temperature digestion solution composition,sample quality on extraction of selenium were stuied by atomic fluorescence spectrometric method.The results showed that digestion temperature 60℃,digestion solution(HNO3-HClO4=1∶4),0.500 0 g sample had a good effect, the recovery range was 97.8%~101.0%.
