- 为了准确经济地测量大气层中重金属的污染程度,现以山桃花粉为试材,研究了Pb、Hg、Co、Cu等重金属对其花粉萌发和花粉管伸长的影响。结果表明:随着重金属Pb、Hg、Co、Cu浓度的增加,对花粉萌发和花粉管的伸长都有抑制作用。在4种重金属中,以Hg对山桃花粉萌发的影响最大,最低浓度下其萌发率为0,而Co对山桃花粉萌发及花粉管伸长的影响最小。
- Abstract:
- In order to measure pollution degree of heavy metals in the atmosphere accurately and economically,taking pollen of Prunus davidiana as experimental material,the effects of heavy metals(Co,Cu,Hg and Pb)on pollen germination and tube growth of Prunus davidiana were studied.The results showed that there was a reduction in pollen germination and tube elongation with increasing of metal concentrations.Hg had the highest toxic effect on pollen of Prunus davidiana,while Co had the least effect.
