我国农村养老存在的问题及对策

- 据预测，到2050年我国老年人口将达4.37亿人，届时老年人口的比重将达到总人口的31.2%。我国有80%的老年人生活在农村，通过研究分析我国农村现存的4种养老形式即家庭养老、土地养老、储蓄养老和保险养老，提出了农村养老存在的问题及解决我国农村养老问题的相应对策。现阶段建设健全的农村养老体系要从家庭及国家两个方面共同推进，共同建设健康、有序的农村养老环境，让每一位老年人都能安度晚年，健康长寿。
- Abstract:
- According to the forecast,the population would reach 437million in 2050,at the same time the proportion of the elderly population would reach 31.2% of the total population.There were 80% of elderly population lived in rural areas in China.Based on the analysis of four kinds of pension form including family pension,land pension,savings pension,insurance pension,the problem of rural pension and countermeasure were put forward.At this stage,the establishment and perfection of old-age security system should be promoted from family and country in rural areas to build a healthy,orderly rural living environment,so that every elderly could spend their remain life in quiet and comfort.
