- 为了筛选出适宜大规模生产黑木耳的配方,采用农作物废料豆秸粉、玉米芯、稻壳替代部分木屑栽培黑木耳,设计4个不同配方,A豆秸粉30%+玉米芯粉30%+木屑36%;B稻壳45%+木屑51%;C豆秸粉35%+木屑61%;D玉米芯粉35%+木屑61%;CK木屑92%+麦麸4%。通过试验研究不同栽培料对黑木耳生长及品质的影响。结果表明:配方A、C、D无论菌丝生长和产量均可获良好的效果,配方B中稻壳比例高,出耳效果差。由此可见,玉米芯、豆秸、稻壳均可作为黑木耳袋栽的新原料。

- Inordertoscreenoutsuitableformulaoflarge-scaleproductionforAuriculariaauricular,takingcropwasteincludingbeanstalkandcorncobpowerandricehuskasinsteadmaterialofsawdusttocultivate Auriculariaauricula.Therewerefourformulasincludingbeanstalkpower30%+corncobpower30%+sawdust36%(A),ricehusk45%+sawdust51%(B),beanstalkpower35%+sawdust61%(C),corncobpower35%+sawdust61%(D),andsawdust92%+wheatbran4%asCK.Theeffectsofthefourformulasongrowthandqualityof Auriculariaauriculawerestudied.TheresultsshowedthatformulaA,CandDhadbettereffectsongrowthandyieldthanformulaB,becauseformulaBhadmorericehusk,theeffectof Auriculariaauriculacultivationwasworse.Alltheseresultsindicatedthecorncob,beanstalkandricehuskcouldbeusedasbaggedmaterialsfor Auriculariaauricula cultivation.
