- 为筛选出EM菌肥合理的使用方法及施用浓度,以黄瓜品种龙杂黄七号为材料,采用苗床表面喷施和均匀拌入土壤2种方式研究不同浓度EM菌肥对黄瓜幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:对于根系的发育,EM菌肥采用均匀拌入土壤的方式优于苗床表面喷施方式。施用一定浓度的EM菌肥能有效地促进黄瓜根系发育,提高根系活力、根系重量、根冠比、侧根数;能显著增加黄瓜幼苗的叶面积、株高和茎粗。其中以0.5%的EM菌肥采用均匀拌入土壤的方式效果最好。
- Abstract:
- In order to screen out the reasonable using method and application concentration of EM fertilizers,different concentration of EM (Effective Microorganisms)fertilizers were sprayed evenly on the surface of seedbed or mixed into the soil to study its influences on seedling growth in cucumber by using ‘Longzahuang No.7’ as materials.The results showed that the effects of mixing EM into the soil were better than spraying on the seedbed surface for root development.Root development would be promoted effectively,root activity,root weight,root shoot ratio and lateral roots number would be increased,and leaf area,plant height and stem diameter would be increased observably in a certain concentration of EM in cucumber.There was 0.5% EM mixed evenly into the soil for best result.
