- 黄酮类化合物含量的测定方法很多,根据高效毛细管电泳(HPGE)对黄酮类化合物的分离和含量分析原理,采用电导滴定法对橙皮甙的含量进行测定分析。结果表明:该法使用仪器简单,方法简捷,相对偏差为2.4%,测定结果令人满意,该法将为规模化生产中橙皮甙的测定建立一条快速简便的方法。
- Abstract:
- There are many methods for determination of flavonoids content.Based on principle for separation of flavonoids and content analysis by High Performance Capillary Electrophoresis(HPCE),conductometric titration was adopted to measure and analyze content of hesperidin.The results showed that instrumentation for conductometric titration was simple,and method was convenient.The relative standard deviation was 2.4%,the measurement was satisfactory.The method established a simple and rapid way to determine hesperidin in large-scale production.
