摘要:
农田水利建设是农业生产正常进行的基本保障，为进一步提高绥化市北林区农田水利建设，解决建设中存在的诸多问题，通过对绥化市北林区农田水利建设现状的分析，阐述了在资金、技术水平以及管理等方面存在的问题，从而对其农田水利建设提出了相应的对策及建议，以促进农业增产与农民增收，全面提高北林区的农田水利设施建设能力。
Abstract:
Construction of water conservancy works were the basic guarantee of agricultural production,in order to improve the construction and solve the problems existing in the construction,through the analysis of the present status,the problems in aspects of fund,technology and management were elaborated,and corresponding countermeasures and the suggestions were put forward for the construction of water conservancy works,so as to promote agricultural production and farmers’income,improve facilities construction ability of water conservancy.
