- 为更好地使激素在实葶葱种子处理上得到应用,以新疆野生蔬菜实葶葱种子为材料,利用不同浓度的GA3、NAA和6-BA溶液对实葶葱种子进行浸种处理,研究了不同浓度外源激素对实葶葱种子萌发的影响。结果表明:3种外源激素处理对实葶葱种子萌发的影响存在较大差异,50~1 200 mg.L-1 GA3能不同程度地促进实葶葱种子的萌发,其中以浓度为200 mg.L-1 GA3处理的效果最佳,发芽率为85.33%,高于对照9.33个百分点;120 mg.L-1的NAA处理对实葶葱种子的萌发有一定的促进作用,但不明显;5~120 mg.L-16-BA处理抑制实葶葱种子萌发。
- Abstract:
- In order to apply the hormones on the Allium galanthum L. seeds better,taking Xinjiang wild vegetable Allium galanthum L. seeds as material,Allium galanthum L. seeds were soaking in different concentrations of GA3,NAA and 6-BA solution,the effects of different concentrations of exogenous hormones on germination were researched.The results showed that there was a big difference between the three kinds of exogenous hormones on the germination impact of Allium galanthum L. seeds.50~1 200 mg.L-1 GA3promoted the seed germination in different degrees,the best effect was at the concentration of 200 mg.L-1,germination rate was 85.33% and was significantly higher than the control for 9.33 percent;120 mg.L-1 NAA had a certain promoting for seed germination,but not significant;5~120 mg.L-16-BA couldn’t significantly promote the seed germination,but inhibited seed germination.
