- 通过二甲苯致耳肿胀实验及毛细血管渗透性实验,研究了鸡树条荚蒾(Viburnum sargentii)抗炎活性。结果表明:与模型组比较,鸡树条荚蒾茎枝(15、20 g·kg-1组明显抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀,鸡树条荚蒾茎枝(10、15、20 g·kg-1)呈现量效关系;与模型组比较,鸡树条荚蒾茎枝(15、20 g·kg-1)组毛细血管通透性明显降低,鸡树条荚蒾茎枝(10 g·kg-1)也可以降低毛细血管通透性,鸡树条荚蒾茎枝(10、15、20 g·kg-1)之间有一定的差异,但量效关系不明显。因此,鸡树条荚蒾茎枝(15、20 g·kg-1)对二甲苯诱发小鼠急性炎症模型有效,鸡树条荚蒾10 g·kg-1无明显抗炎效果,说明中药的抗炎效果与剂量呈量效关系。
- Abstract:
- Through the trial that ear edema induced by dimethylbenzene in mice and permeability of capillaries,the anti-inflammatory effect of the water extracts of Viburnum sargentii’s stem and branch was investigated. The results showed that compared with the control,the water extracts of Viburnum sargentii’s stem and branch(15,20 g·kg-1)significantly reduced the swelling degree of tumefaction in mice,the water extracts of Viburnum sargentii’s stem and branch(10,15,20 g·kg-1)in a dose-effect relations;Compared with the control,the water extracts of Viburnum sargentii’s stem and branch(15,20 g·kg-1)significantly reduced the capillary permeability,the water extracts of Viburnum sargentii’s stem and branch(10 g·kg-1)could also reduce the capillary permeability.Among the water extracts of Viburnum sargentii’s stem and branch(10,15,20 g·kg-1)there were certain differences,but the difference was not significant,it indicated that the dose-effect relationship was not clear.Therefore,the water extracts of Viburnum sargentii’s stem and branch had anti-inflammatory effect at doses of(15,20 g·kg-1)in mice edema ear.The water extracts of Viburnum sargentii’s stem and branch 10 g·kg-1 had not obvious anti-inflammatory effect,description the antiinflammatory effects of traditional Chinese medicine in a dose-effect relationship.
