- 为打破种子休眠,寻找种子萌发指数最高的条件,对通蓖5号蓖麻种子进行低温、高温、激素和化学物质等预处理,测定不同条件对蓖麻种子萌发指数的影响。结果表明:在蓖麻种子吸水率为36.1%的前提下,在不同温度处理时,4℃处理10 d发芽率和发芽速率最高,分别为71.67%和9.44;在不同激素处理下,以50 mg·L-1 GA3处理后的发芽率和发芽速率最高,分别为90%和12.89;不同化学物质中,以10 mg·L-1 HgCl2溶液处理种子发芽率和发芽速率最高,分别为91.86%和13.07。
- Abstract:
- To break the dormancy and seek the index of germination for the most suitable conditions,the effect of different treatments on seeds germination of castor were tested.The index of germination of castor was determined under different pretreatments of lower temperature,soaking in hot water,hormone and chemical matter.The results showed that under the rate of water absorption was 36.1%,the germination rate and the speed of germination treated by low temperature(4℃/10 d)were the highest,71.67% and 9.44,respectively.The germination rate and the speed of germination under the hormone treatment of 50 mg·L-1 GA3 was the highest,90% and 12.89,respectively.The germination rate and the speed of germination under the chemical matter treatment of 10 mg·L-1 HgCl2 was the highest,91.86% and 13.07,respectively.
