俄引玉米种质改良系杂种优势类群分析

- 黑河市地处我国高纬寒地,玉米种质遗传基础异常狭窄,引进吸收外来种质是拓宽黑河地区玉米种质资源基础的有效途径之一。以25份俄罗斯极早熟玉米种质改良系及代表国内主要种质类群的4个自交系为试验材料,采用NCⅡ遗传交配设计,对俄引种质改良系与测验种间的产量特殊配合力、杂种优势类群进行分析,结果表明:将25份俄引种质改良系划分为四大类群,即唐四平头群:黑育e1、黑育e10、黑育e11、黑育e12、黑育e13、黑育e15、黑育e19、黑育e24、黑育e25,Reid群:黑育e2、黑育e6、黑育e7、黑育e9、黑育e21、黑育e22,Lancaster群:黑育e4、黑育e5、黑育e8、黑育e14、黑育e20,旅大红骨群:黑育e3、黑育e16、黑育e17、黑育e18、黑育e23。其结果为这批材料在黑龙江省玉米育种中的合理有效利用提供理论依据。
- Abstract:
- Heihe city is located in cold area of China, where maize germplasm genetic basis abnormal narrow, the introduction and absorption foreign germplasm is one of the effective ways of expanding the maize germplasm resources. With 25 Russia very early maturity maize improvement lines and the representative germplasm of domestic main germplasm groups of four breeding excellent inbred lines as the experimental material,using the NCgenetic mating design,the special general combining ability of production and groups of heterosis analysis between Russian lead germplasm improved and test lines were conducted.The result showed that 25 Russian lead germplasm improvement lines were divided into four major groups.Tangsipingtou group:Heiyu e1,Heiyu e10,Heiyu e11,Heiyu e12,Heiyu e13,Heiyu e15,Heiyu e19,Heiyu e24,Heiyu e25;Reid group:Heiyu e2,Heiyu e6,Heiyu e7,Heiyu e9,Heiyu e21,Heiyu e22;Lancaster group:Heiyu e4,Heiyu e5,Heiyu e8,Heiyu e14,Heiyu e20;Lvdahonggu group:Heiyu e3,Heiyu e16,Heiyu e17,Heiyu e18,Heiyu e23.The results would provide theoretical basis for the reasonable and effective use of the 25 materials for maize breeding in Heilongjiang province.
