- 基于产业价值链相关理论,将林业生物质能源的产业价值链划分为林业生物质能源资源的培育与获取、原材料的预加工与处理、林业生物质能源产品的生产以及林业生物质能源产品的销售4个环节,对中国林业生物质能源产业的未来发展路径进行了讨论;认为在产业起步阶段,企业主要关注第三环节、顶多与第二环节有所联结,需要靠政府来推动整个产业的发展及产业价值链的形成,产业价值链上各环节联结较松散;随着产业发展及企业能力的增强,企业将会在产业价值链的形成中占据主要位置,最终产业价值链上各环节联结越来越紧密,形成较成熟的产业价值链。
- Abstract:
- Based on the industry value chain theory,the forest biomass energy industry value chain was divided into four links:the cultivation and access of forestry biomass energy resources,pre-processing and processing of raw materials,produce of forestry biomass energy product and sales of forestry biomass energy product.The development path of forest biomass energy industry in the future in China was discussed.It clarified that in the initial stage of industrialization,enterprises mainly focused on the third part,and at most connected with the second part,the development of the industry and the industry value chain formation depended on the government,and the link of the four parts in the industry value chain was loose.With the development of the industry and the empowerment of enterprises,companies would dominate the formation of the industry value chain.Finally,the four parts of the industry value chain would link more closely,and the more mature industry value chain came true.
