- 为科学地评价林业网格化管理模式的绩效，在概述林业网格化管理模式和当前评价体系的基础上，提出了林业网格化管理模式评价体系。评价体系以管理区域、专业部门和管护员为对象，以月为周期，提出了22项基本指标和16项比率指标，采用内部评价和外部评价相结合的方法，提出了管理区域评价三级6项评价指标体系、专业部门评价二级6项评价指标体系、管护员岗位评价二级10项评价指标体系。最后，分别采用统计表、专题图和统计图等方式展现评价结果，使得结果变得一目了然。
- Abstract:
- To evaluate scientifically the performance of grid-based forestry management mode，new evaluation system was put forward based on grid-based forestry management mode and current evaluation system.The new system evaluated monthly management region，specialized department and forest ranger using internal and external method with 22 basic and 16 ratio indicators.Three levels 6 indicators for region evaluation，two levels 6 indicators for specialized department，two levels 10 indicators for forest ranger were put forward.Finally，the results of evaluation were showed clearly with statistic table，thematic map and statistic graph.
