- 为加强黄独的组织培养研究，以黄独无菌苗为试材，研究了糖类（葡萄糖、蔗糖和白砂糖）和不同琼脂浓度对黄独生长发育和离体保存的影响。结果表明：液体培养基有助于黄独的生长发育，而固体培养基有助于黄独的离体保存。蔗糖和白砂糖有利于黄独的生长发育，而葡萄糖有利于黄独的离体保存。
- Abstract:
- In order to strengthen study for tissue cultuge of Dioscorea bulbifera L..Taking germ-free plantlets of Dioscorea bulbifera L.as experimental material,the effect of carbohydrate（glucose,sugar and white sugar）and different agar concentration on the growth and development and conservation in vitro of Dioscorea bulbiferaL.plantlets were studied.The results showed that the liquid culture medium could promote the growth of Dioscorea bulbifera L.plantlets,while the solid culture medium contributed to conservation in vitro of Dioscorea bulbifera L.plantlets;Sugar and white sugar were beneficial to the growth and development of Dioscorea bulbifera L.plantlets,but glucose contributed to conservation in vitro of Dioscorea bulbifera L.plantlets.
