摘要:
为了搞好农业技术推广工作，使先进的科学技术尽快应用到农业生产实践中去，强化服务网络建设，绥棱县推行了以“优化县级、强化区域、取消乡级、完善村屯”为主要内容的农技推广体系改革。建立强化领导保障机制、落实资金支撑机制、实行政策激励机制和建立监督管理机制4项持久的良性运行机制，为农业经济发展、农村面貌改善、农民增收提供有力保证。
Abstract:
In order to do well in agricultural extension work，applied advanced science and technology in the practice of agricultural production as soon as possible，and strengthen the construction of service network，the reform of agricultural technology extension system was launched with the main content of "optimize the county level，strengthen regional，cancel the township at the county level，perfect villages" in Suiling county.It established 4 long-term positive operation mechanisms，which were strengthening protection mechanisms，implemented the leadership funds support mechanisms，carried out incentive mechanism of policy and established regulatory mechanism.They provided a strong guarantee for agricultural economic development，landscape improvements and farmers ’ income increasing in rural areas.
