- 绿工牌生物有机肥料是一种含有大量生物菌组合的腐殖酸肥料。其中的细黄链霉菌(Streptomyces microflavus)与圆褐固氮菌(Azotobacter chroococcum)、胶质芽孢杆菌(Bacillus mucilaginosus)、巨大芽胞杆菌(Bacillus megaterium)组合具有一定的生物降解效果。通过对喷施豆磺隆的大田地块施用不同浓度的绿工牌生物肥,对其降解效果进行了研究,结果表明:此肥对豆磺隆具有明显的降解作用,且以施120 kg·hm-2绿工牌生物肥料作底肥,可达到最佳降解效果,在大豆生产中具有推广价值。
- Abstract:
- Lvgong bio-organic fertilizer is a kind of humus acid fertilizer,in which the combination of Streptomyces microflavus,Azotobacter chroococcum,Bacillus Mucilaginosus and Bacillus megaterium had the effect of biological degradation.The degradation effect of Lvgong bio-organic fertilizer was conducted by applying different concentration on field spraying with Chlorimuron-ethyl.The result showed that the fertilizer had obvious effect on Chlorimuron-ethyl,and with the application of 120 kg·hm-2,the degradation effect was the best.It was worthy of extension in soybean production.
