- 以黄独试管苗为试材,研究了PP333、B9和ABA对黄独试管苗离体保存的影响。结果表明:PP333、B9和ABA可抑制黄独试管苗的生长,提高其成活率,其中黄独种质离体保存最佳的PP333、B9和ABA浓度分别为2、4、4 mg·L-1。
- Abstract:
- The effect of PP333,B9 and ABA on conservation in vitro of Dioscorea bulbifera L.germplasm was studied using D.bulbifera L.stems with a bud.The result showed that PP333,B9 and ABA could inhibit the growth of D.bulbifera L.and improve its survival rate.The best concentration of PP333,B9 and ABA of D.bulbifera L.was 2,4 and 4 mg·L-1,respectively.
