- 服务“三农”是农业高职院校义不容辞的责任和义务。阐述了各类农业高职院校服务“三农”的有效方式与途径，即短期培训、骨干培训、定向培养、产学合作、社会实践、媒体普及、专家大院和科技共建。在新的历史条件下，建立服务“三农”的长效机制，即建立健全组织机构，实行统一领导机制；完善服务“三农”政策保障机制；建立“三农”服务多方合作的长效机制和建立相应的帮扶机制。
- Abstract:
- Serving “Agriculture,the Countryside and Farmers” is the duty and obligation of agricultural vocational colleges.The efficient way and means of serving “Agriculture,the Countryside and Farmers” was illustrated,which including short training,backbone training,target training,collaboration between industry and college,social practice,media popularization,courtyards of agricultural specialist and technology sharing,in addition,in the new historical situations,setting up the long-acting mechanism about “Agriculture,the Countryside and Farmers” was establishing organizational structure,conducting centralized leadership mechanism,perfecting policy guarantee mechanism of serving “Agriculture,the Countryside and Farmers”,establishing the long-acting mechanism of “Agriculture,the Countryside and Farmers” serving about multi-cooperation and corresponding supporting mechanism.
