- 以番茄幼嫩叶片为材料,通过CTAB和SDS 2种方法对番茄基因组DNA提取进行了比较研究。结果表明:2种方法均能提取完整且纯度较高的DNA,所得DNA用于PCR反应可得到清晰的扩增条带。
- Abstract:
- Taking tender leaves of tomato as materials,the genomic DNA extraction methods of CTAB and SDS from tomato were compared.The results showed that the DNA extracted by CTAB and SDS method both were intact and high purity,and could obtain clear amplified band by PCR.
