摘要:
测定茶薪菇、榆黄蘑、猴头菇三种食用菌中总糖、还原糖和多糖的含量。结果表明：茶薪菇、榆黄蘑、猴头菇中总糖含量分别为38.42%、29.13%和31.21%，还原糖含量分别为5.17%、4.78%和7.63%，多糖含量分别为33.25%、24.35%和23.58%。
Abstract:
The content of total carbohydrate，polysaccharide and reducing sugar in Agrocybe，Yuhuang mushrooms and Hericium were determined.The results showed that in the three edible fungi，total carbohydrate content was 38.42%，29.13%，31.21%，respectively，reducing sugar content was 5.17%，4.78%，7.63%，respectively，polysaccharide content was 33.25%，24.35%，23.58%.
