- 比较分析了黑木耳——黑29母种培养基最佳碳源和氮源。结果表明:黑木耳母种培养基碳源以蔗糖和可溶性淀粉为最好;氮源以酵母膏为最好。
- Abstract:
- The best carbon source and nitrogen source of mother culture medim of Auricularia auricala Heiwei 29 were compared.The result showed that the best carbon sources were tragantine and sucrose,the best nitrogen source was yeast extract.
