- 免疫胶体金技术是一种快速、简便、结果容易判定的新型免疫标记技术,应用免疫胶体金技术制备试纸条具有特异性强、价格低、灵敏度高的特点,适用于马铃薯病毒检测,特别广泛适用于田间和口岸现场检测等工作。文章对免疫胶体金技术的基本原理、制备方法以及其目前在马铃薯病毒检测中的应用情况进行了综述。
- Abstract:
- The immune colloidal gold technique is a new immunity labeling technique which fast,simple and the result easy to determine.Test strips with the immune colloidal gold technique bears the merit of specificity,cheap and sensitive.This method is applicable for the detection of potato viruses,and it’s very suitable for the field and port scene detection.This paper focused on establishment and application of the immunity colloid gold technology for detecting potato viruses.
