摘要:
在全球气候变暖、能源耗费大及环境污染严重的背景下，明确低碳经济提出的背景和内涵，阐述了黑龙江省农业生产对生态环境所造成的破坏，提出了低碳经济下黑龙江省发展农业生产的政策措施。
Abstract:
The paper systematically formulated the connotation of low-carbon economy under the back ground of global warming, severe energy consumption and serious environmental pollution, elaborated the environmental damages caused by agricultural production, and finally proposed the countermeasures for developing agricultural production with low-carbon economy in Heilongjiang province.
