- 利用不同浓度的6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)、α-萘乙酸(NAA)、噻唑蓝(mtt)、3-吲哚乙酸(3-IAA)对钝顶螺旋藻生长影响进行了研究。结果表明:当浓度为5 mg·L-1时6-BA、NAA、mtt和3-IAA能显著促进钝顶螺旋藻的生长,其中3-IAA的作用最为明显。同时也可得出,低浓度的植物生长调节剂可促进螺旋藻的生长,而高浓度时则抑制其生长。
- Abstract:
- The plant growth regulators of 6-BA,NAA,mtt and 3-IAA wit different concentrations were used to study their effects on the growth of Spirulina.The results showed that,the growth could be obviously promoted when the concentration was 5 mg·L-1,in which the 3-IAA promoted the most.The results also showed that the growth of Spirulina was promoted in low regulator concentration,but inhibited in high concentrations.
